Warranty, Returns, & Refunds

Warranty Claims

All Nurture Smart™ products carry a limited 120-day warranty.   

If the product is not satisfactory due to workmanship, quality or functionality within the warranty period and you wish to submit a warranty claim, please visit our CONTACT page, select the WARRANTY CLAIM option and complete the form including the order number and a description of the problem encountered. Upon review and confirmation, we will promptly replace the unit at no cost to you.    


If you received a product other than what was ordered or if the product arrived damaged, visit our CONTACT page, select the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES from the drop-down menu and submit the form within 7 days of receipt. We will promptly replace the unit or provide you with a full refund.  

Product return request for any other reason will be considered within 7 days after receipt of order. Visit our CONTACT page, select the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES from the drop-down menu, complete and submit the form including order number and reason for the return.  

Upon receipt of the completed submission, we will contact you via email with product return instructions and a return shipping label. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will assess the product and provide you with a refund or ship your exchange in accordance with your instructions.

For returns of new, unused, fully functional items, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging in “as received” condition. 

A re-stocking and/or processing fee may be assessed which will be applied at the time of refund.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Your refund will be provided on your original payment method less applicable fees as noted above.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
