Warranty, Returns, & Refunds

Warranty Claims

All Nurture Smart™ products carry a limited 120-day warranty.

If the product is not satisfactory due to workmanship, quality, or functionality within the warranty period and you wish to submit a warranty claim, please visit our CONTACT page, select the WARRANTY CLAIM option, and complete the form, including the order number and a description of the problem encountered. Upon review and confirmation, we will promptly replace the unit at no cost to you.

Returns

Since we provide curated toys for infants, we adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened or used. The following should guide you as you are considering a return: 

 

  • Damaged on Arrival: In the rare event that an item arrives broken or is not what you ordered, please submit a form via our CONTACT page (select RETURNS AND EXCHANGES) within 7 days. We will resolve the issue immediately with a replacement or refund. 

  • The "Seal" Rule: Our products are considered "final sale" once the original packaging is opened. We do not offer returns for "change of mind" or "buyer preference" once the product has been unboxed. 

  • Unopened Returns: Requests to return factory-sealed, unused items must be made within 7 days and are subject to a processing fee. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Your refund will be provided on your original payment method less applicable fees as noted above.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
